Registration Fees

Below are the registration fees for the 2018 conference:

Attendee	Fee	Remarks
Laryngectomee, Spouse or Caregiver	$125 Each	Scholarships are available if qualifications are met. See below
SLP	$425	All Three days.
CFY	$300	All three days.
Graduate Students	$175	All three days.

Request for scholarships should be sent to John Ulrich, pjulrich@suddenlink.net with the following information:

1. Reason for request.

2. Are you less than or equal to 2 years post-op.

3. Have you ever attended a TLA Conference in the past.

If you qualify a Scholarship Registration form will be emailed to you.
