Howdy,

Your registration form and fee have been received and we welcome you as an attendee to the 26th Texas Laryngectomee Association (TLA) Conference.  Upon your arrival to the conference, you will receive a program book with all the details for the weekend.  The information below is for your planning purposes prior to the conference.

             CONFERENCE INFORMATION

Early registration will be available on Thursday, February 16 after 12:00 noon at the Emerald Beach Hotel.  The hotel is located at 1102 S. Shoreline Blvd, Corpus Christi, TX 78401, phone number 361.883.5731. Click here for map and directions.   

 

You are cordially invited to attend our “Meet and Greet” to be held at 7:00 pm on Friday evening hosted by Coastal Bend Speak EZ Laryngectomee Group. Snacks will be available at the “Meet and Greet”.   

             All meals and breaks excluding Friday dinner are furnished as part of your registration.

Please be sure to check-in at the Conference Registration Desk when you arrive at the hotel for any messages. Someone will be available from Noon on Thursday until the end of the conference. It will be the central location for news and information.  As part of each TLA Conference we have a raffle to help defray some of the costs that the TLA incurs. Tickets will be $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00. The Drawing for raffle items will be on Sunday at 10:30 am. You do not need to be present to win. Door prizes will be presented throughout the conference. These prizes are donated by the Lost Chord Clubs from around Texas. You do need to be present to win door prizes. Additionally, all registrants are encouraged to fill out an evaluation sheet and turn it into the Conference Registration Desk. Those who do will be entered into a drawing for a special gift.

 

If you will be attending the banquet, which is paid in your registration, you may bring a guest/guests for an additional $35.00 per guest to defray the cost of the food.   Please ensure that someone on the staff is notified if you did not indicate so on the registration form.
